 ●   BackdoorBob46 : it rminded me of an x-ray I had when I was 19
 ●   BackdoorBob46 : (reminded)
 ●   TNstrawberry : luckily i fell on my good side, so i didnt damage my hip too bad
 ●   BackdoorBob46 : yeah - falls are the worst for hip injuries
 ●   TNstrawberry : the first year, i fell all the time
 ●   TNstrawberry : now if im not careful i do stumble
 ●   BackdoorBob46 : so swimming must be quite good for you, then
 ●   BackdoorBob46 : ot hydrotherapy
 ●   TNstrawberry : i had aquatic therapy not hydrotherapy, thats what helped me at first
 ●   BackdoorBob46 : did you enjoy it - or was it hard work?
 ●   TNstrawberry : that was the easiest
 ●   BackdoorBob46 : could you go back?just for the exercise?
 ●   BackdoorBob46 : do you do aqautic therapy in a big, warm pool?
 ●   TNstrawberry : cant afford it. inns wont cover it
 ●   BackdoorBob46 : could you train up a family member with some basic moves
 ●   BackdoorBob46 : and go to your local public pool?
 ●   TNstrawberry : never thought of that
 ●   BackdoorBob46 : I saw a family do that at my local pool - the mom was quite old....
 ●   BackdoorBob46 : so the oldest son floated her around in the childrens pool while the kids played
 ●   BackdoorBob46 : only twice a week for an hour each time, but it made a huge difference
 ●   BackdoorBob46 : plus all the staff were there to help out
 ●   BackdoorBob46 : and it got the family together once a week, too
 ●   TNstrawberry : i am self concious about public pools, the only thing i hated at the beach
 ●   BackdoorBob46 : but if you're there with your family? you have to start somewhere, right?
 ●   TNstrawberry : yea
 ●   BackdoorBob46 : I mean in terms of getting some exercise
 ●   TNstrawberry : true
 ●   BackdoorBob46 : and fun for your little ones, too
 ●   BackdoorBob46 : well, not a bad evenings work - emotional support for miss princess, std advice for some poor guy
